Requirements: onsite interview, complete admission application, submit official transcripts, planned progression within the Nevada State College (NSC) Bachelor of Science in Occupational Science program (BSOS), which includes the successful completion of 90 NSC BSOS credits, minimum 3.0 on all prerequisite courses, complete prerequisite courses, submit 2 letters of recommendation, minimum 20 hours of volunteer/observation work under occupational therapist, sign and submit the Occupational Therapy Technical Standards form

Students who are successfully admitted must:

  • Pass a Level I criminal background check and drug screen
  • Completion of required health immunization forms
  • Submit the $500 deposit by the required date

Touro University is located in Henderson, Nevada, in the southeast part of the Las Vegas Valley. It is conveniently located near the intersection of U.S. 595/I95 and the Clark County 215 Beltway and includes several surrounding amenities such as housing, restaurants, parks, casino’s, and shopping. Mainly focused on health sciences and education, Touro educates approximately 1,500 students. Touro University provides fitness equipment, a bookstore, gymnasium and student lounges, as well as a beautiful library, wireless access, computer labs, and study rooms. Students admitted into the occupational therapy program will endure 24 months of intense coursework, fieldwork, and laboratory work.
